THE PENGUINS HAVE ARRIVED.
We thought they never would. This was gonna be one ebay story that didn't end happy. But no, after almost 30 days we have penguin aquisition. Ethan is now the proud owner of two of these little guys.
After Ethan picked his jaw up off the floor he turned to me and said "Jenn, you know why the penguins arrived today? Because God was tired of your impatience." Sigh.
In other important news, Mom's surgery went well. It took 6 hours and she's in ICU recovering right now. She will be there today and tomorrow and then they will figure out where to go from there. We're still waiting to hear on the tumor biopsy and how her vision has been affected. But everyone is pretty relieved that things have gone well thus far. Thanks for everyone's love and support!
